This role is a combination of technical sales support, product management and channel sales support.

Working as a core part of the sales and marketing team, the role will include:

• Responding to all technical aspects of RFI and RFQ
• Direct contact with prospects to define requirements, specify the required solution and clarify details throughout the sales process
• Technical presentations of the Tango Telecom solution portfolio and specific proposals to operators
• Managing the creation of standard product marketing materials
• Providing all aspects of technical sales support to the sales and marketing team
• Working with and supporting channel partners in their sales & marketing activities

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical telecoms background, with knowledge of some or all of the following:

• SS7 signalling
• intelligent networks
• prepaid systems
• messaging (SMS/MMS/etc)

The candidate must have previous presales support experience and be comfortable presenting and interacting with customers, prospects and channel partners. Engergy, enthusiasm and inititative are essential quailities for this hands-on sales role. Foreign languages would be an advantage.

This role will be based in our Limerick office and will involve extensive international travel.
