The senior management team consists of a core team of five people, with well-known Irish entrepreneur Dr. Jim Mountjoy as Chairman. The management team consists of seasoned industry professionals with over 80 years experience in a variety of relevant roles:
Dr. Jim Mountjoy, Chairman Jim has over 20 years experience in the Telecommunications industry and is a well-known figure in the industry. In 1990, he co-founded Euristix Limited, a software development company which specialized in telecommunications signaling systems solutions development. In February 1999, Euristix was acquired by Fore Systems Inc. which was subsequently acquired in April 1999 by GEC, a UK based telecommunications equipment vendor which then changed its name to Marconi. |
Colm Ward, CEO Colm Ward has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, with a number of multinationals, in roles from hardware design to project and product management and general business unit responsibility. He has a B.SC (Eng) from Dublin University and a PhD from Keele University. |
Kieran Kelly, CTO Kieran has over ten years experience in telecommunication systems development with companies including Tecnomen and Tellabs where he worked in a number of key roles including systems analysis, field engineering, customer support, real-time development of signalling & switching systems and specialised software tool development. He holds a MEng in Electronic Engineering from University of Ulster. |
Rory O'Toole, Vice President, Global Sales
Rory is responsible for driving the company's Global Sales and Key Accounts strategy. With over 12 years experience in the telecommunications industry, his areas of expertise include convergence of charging services, mobile & fixed network convergence, signalling technologies, mobile data services, policy control and advanced revenue generating messaging solutions.
He has a Bachelor of Engineering from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management Ireland and University College Cork.

Kay Mulqueen, VP of Engineering Kay has over ten years experience in this sector with companies such as Motorola and Tecnomen. At Tecnomen, Kay was responsible for product development, Kay built a team of engineers to develop services for the Intelligent Network (IN) Service Control Platform. This team designed and developed services such as Prepaid, Personal Numbering and Credit Control. She holds a BEng (Electronics) from the University of Limerick.
