Channel Account Manager – Middle East and Africa

Due to Tango Telecom’s continuing expansion in Middle East and Africa, we are now seeking a Channel Account Manager with extensive experience to be a key member of our sales and marketing team. Reporting to our VP of Global Channel Sales, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and developing relationships with our key partner accounts in the region.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Handling the complete sales cycle for our partners in the region
  • Supporting partners in their sales & marketing activities
  • Managing the creation of standard product marketing and sales materials
  • Initiating direct contact with prospects to define requirements, specify solutions and clarify details throughout the sales process
  • Presenting all aspects of Tango Telecom’s solution portfolio to commercial and technical teams at all levels within prospect organisations
  • Responding to all technical aspects of RFIs and RFQs
  • Providing all aspects of technical sales support to the sales channel

We would like you to possess knowledge of some or all of the following:

  • Core GSM/GPRS and CDMA network technology
  • SS7 and IP based signaling protocols
  • Mobile Data Networks
  • Intelligent Networks and Prepaid/Converged Billing systems
  • Messaging (SMS/MMS/etc)
  • Web based management systems
